That's only for the duration of the roadworks in Preston Brook, which is playing havoc with reliability.

On Saturday 30th November between 1730 and 1930, service X30 will be diverted due to the Frodsham Christmas lights event.

Warrington to Chester
Normal route to Sutton Weaver, then at the lights before the swing bridge turn and continue ahead to the roundabout, 2nd exit towards M56 and follow the M56 to junction 14 (Helsby). At the roundabout 1st exit towards Helsby and continue ahead, turn right to the lights, turn right at the lights and continue normal route towards Chester.

Chester to Warrington
Normal route through Dunham on the Hill, then at the lights by the Hornsmill Pub left and ahead to the roundabout, 3rd exit onto M56 and follow the M56 to Junction 12 (Runcorn). At the roundabout, 1st exit, continue ahead to the next roundabout, 2nd exit towards Frodsham and continue ahead to the lights by the swing bridge, left and continue normal route towards Warrington.
