Personally I think Proposal 2 makes the most sense. It combines the 211 with the old ‘Asda Free Bus’ ran by HTL quite a few years ago, which was quite popular, but wasn’t commercially viable for Asda to keep it running towards the end.

It also allows for a clockwork timetable that is less confusing for passengers
