A bizarre side effect of the Warrington £2 bus cap, is it means £2 single fares on the N4 Northwich to Barnton. That kind of makes sense as it wouldn't make sense for travel on the N4 to cost more than the 9A, when there's overlap between the two routes. However, it means a Northwich single is £2 on a WOB route, but it's £3 on a D&G route.
