Services: 23, 23A, 23C, 23S

Old Route: Neston - Ellesmere Port

New Routes:

Neston - Hooton - Overpool - Ellesmere Port
Neston - Hooton - Great Sutton - Ellesmere Port
Ellesmere Port - Whitby Circular
Neston High School - Ellesmere Port

Service Changes:

Service 23: Service 23 (and service 23A combined) now operates hourly between Neston and Ellesmere Port, operator changed from Helms of Eastham to Stagecoach, service slightly rerouted in Great Sutton to serve Old Chester Road

Service 23A: New Service operating at a combined hourly frequency with service 23, operating between Neston and Ellesmere Port via Overpool

Service 23C New Service by Stagecoach funded by Cheshire West Council operating between Ellesmere Port and Whitby

Service 23S New Service by Stagecoach funded by Cheshire West Council operating once a day on school days between Neston High School and Ellesmere Port
