Wonder if this be the end of the 129

I presume 129 will continue into franchising as isn't there a clause going way back to Wallasey Corperation Days saying a bus has to run the route

Hence why it's never been withdrawn

In saying that I think the 801 in Liverpool had a similar clause but still got withdrawn
