He handed out complaint forms to us all, and every passenger took one. Not that I'am stupid enough to believe it will do any good. It does seem though that timings is not enough of an exscuse anymore as these routes never run to time, no matter what time of day it is.

I have to smile at least TFGM are trying to show us they are doing something about under performing services that they pay for.

Do those new Optare things break down like all of the time or something? It wasn't too long ago when one stopped in Salford because the driver said that she couldn't see through the windscreen for whatever reason, so everybody off that bus had to get on the bus that I was on, which was an X34 I think. Then yesterday, 49121 came into Bolton on the 512/3, and after the drivers changed the driver got off and she said something about there was going to be a delay because of something to do with the bus and a mechanic needed to see to it. I'm sure that was the same driver of the dodgy windscreen one too! Proper quality new buses!
