When you say the ' new' reg stuff, are you referring to the 62 plates or the new style regs, and will this mean the dk09's and the YJ09 & 53s going?

I was confused by that, but I think it should be worded more like this:

"Everything with a 'new' reg will be kept for now, with 28531, 28534-43 being disposed of."

That’s what I think it means!
