Bus diverisons are as follows:
Route 40 will travel as normal from Saughall Massie to Hinderton Road, then via Queen Street, Old Chester Road, Well Lane, Church Road, Bebington Road, Bedford Avenue, Bedford Road, New Chester Road, then as normal route to Mill Park (omitting a section of Old Chester Road and Grove Road). This service will return via the reverse of this route.

Route 40A will travel as normal from Saughall Massie to Hinderton Road, then via Queen Street, Old Chester Road, Well Lane, Church Road, Bebington Road, Bedford Avenue, Bedford Road, New Chester Road, then as normal route to Mill Park (omitting a section of Old Chester Road and Grove Road). This service will return via the reverse of this route.
