So, Arriva remove the 26 from Scotty due to traffic issues? Then decide to send it round the already clogged up STS?? Clever.

To be honest i dont believe anybody when they say traffic issues caused the services to be rerouted away from Scotland Road , Scotland Road is not always clogged up , it maybe in the morning and evening in the direction of peak demand but outside them times its like any other road in Liverpool , there must be a reason for the rerouting other than traffic .

Might it have something to do with the redevelopment of great homer street. New shopping centre sainsburys and also the new Notre Dame school?? Nothing on Scotland road! A few services have been re routed that way from Walton/bootle (and the 56 moved back to Scotland road)
