The 403/413 does get good loadings especially as the frequency has been reduced, early Evening & Sundays until about 8pm the 423 could do with deckers.

But on the core section between Liscard and Arrowe Park Hospital there is still the same amount of services as before , if Arriva wanted to the vehicles could easily be moved back from the 414 to 413 , but this service open's a link that had not been operated for a while .
