Well so far after arriving sandwich approx 08:00 to catch the 08:05 37 to Northwich found it had left 15 mins earlier!!! Then ended up going winsford & changing to the 31 so was half hr late into Northwich. My only other option would involve getting the 06:10 off macc which is a ballache.

So far this whole setup is really confusing & v frustrating for passengers, 3 drivers i've spoken to today agree that all arriva have done is screwed things up once again. I know its supposedly meant to improve reliability but alls they've got emselves so far is a lotta agro off frustrated passengers.
