They wouldn't necessarily need one as if the St Helens depot is now closed, the bus will most likely be stored at Runcorn, where one of Selywns Plaxton Cheetah's could be used,.
Yes it isn't low floor but as it isn't the "in-service" bus it doesn't have to be.
