I'd go out on a limb to say if Wrexham would have got new buses for the Sapphire route that they probably wouldn't have been deckers, purely on cost grounds. Out of all the converted routes, its the 1 they really went to town on. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.
