That is very annoying & quite pathetic, First don't even mention the QBP & interavalibility of tickets on the service change page, even the ticket page does not mention it, although Arriva haven't posted there timetables yet.

valid on services 38 and 41/42 in full, between Birkenhead and Hooton Crossroads on services 1 & 2, and valid between Heswall and Birkenhead on servicees 471/472.

Take into account that it's not up to them to advertise Arriva journeys, as is it not their responsibility to advertise Arriva's tickets either. I wouldn't put doubt on Arriva acting the same way with their timetables/fares either.
