Isnt it the drivers responsibility to know the height of a vehicle he drives , the three bridges also have the height of the bridge clearly stated as well , isnt this driving without due care and attention.

I agree, driver knows what he or she is driving and therefore should know height restrictions etc, no real excuse for not remembering.
