Very intrested in this one I work at Rock Ferry and never heard of any changes to 38/A

You wouldn't have because it has only just been approved by the VOSA traffic commissioner. Management won't (shouldn't) tell drivers details until approved in case the application is rejected and they are unable to serve the proposed amendment.
