That wouldn't make much sense as the 300 isn't a fare collecting service and therefore you don't require O-discs to run the service. You can legally run a free service with or without O-discs (Similar to how running days do this) but only require them legally to run a route where fares are collected.

It would make sense if for example Stagecoach helped out with the 44 for example or another service, but not the Stockport Metroshuttle
