Was on one of those the other day , they had leather seats like the WN ones do , think they've been transferred from BN to QS

Both 34262 and 34294 were out and about in Wigan today with dead LED destination displays! 34262 was on the 658 with the route number on a piece of A4 in the window, and 34294 was on the 621/8 with A4 in the window with the route number on it too! :P

RE: First Manchester
Travelling on the 180 through Hollinwood this afternoon and noticed that an Enviro was on the 149 heading to Manchester. Big step up from the Darts that regularly appear on the route in the past.

Meanwhile, confirmation of the First changes in the TfGMC Forthcoming Changes to Bus Network. Some other bits to add to it:

415 to be replaced east of Oldham by the 81A, which will extend from Waterhead to Holts via Lees. Evening and Sunday journeys will run between Holts and Oldham (possibly some to Manchester). All buses to Manchester will run as 81A instead of 81. 415 will be reduced to every 20 mins between Oldham and Middleton. First say that those changes, along with the 350, allows 'larger better quality vehicles' on the 81A and 350 (B9TLs/Enviros).

184s that currently run to/from Diggle will terminate at Dobcross, although not sure where. I imagine it'll either run a circular around the Dobcross area (Delph New Road, Sugar Lane, Wool Road) or terminate at the Wool Road turning circle. Sam Road served by journeys to/from Huddersfield, as mentioned before.

18 extension to Manchester Royal Infirmary will run via Piccadilly, Oxford Road railway station (although TfGM say Oxford St) and Manchester University.
