Speke are definitely due more new double deckers as well, but I'm not sure of the exact number. Some of the Commanders that are due to be released will see off the remaining Myllenniums at Birkenhead. |

Southern Counties Enviro400 are 14 for Ware and 18 for Southend. Tfl vehicles at Watford are now assigned to Arriva London rather than the Shires. London also has 19 x 9.4m Streetlites for Norwood, and 34 x E400MMC Cities for Norwood/Brixton .... split still to be confirmed. |

Re Watford .... the Red Tfl buses are now under Arriva London control ... so have never been 'the Shires' buses ... Watford is now a base for London, Southern Counties, and the remnants of the Shires, now under control of Arriva Midlands. They are red and numbered SW2-10 .... so are very much in the London sequence. The current planned split between Brixton and Norwood is 18/16 .... but likely to change |

Thank you for the full list SL64. It seems that Arriva are just allowing a handful of subsidiaries to gain new vehicles pending partial stock market flotation. I'd have loved some Liverpool examples in service in time for my late September visit but realise I may need to ride one in Leicester first. Although I knew about the StreetDecks for London route 340 at GR, this is a surprise exception from the Enviro400-MMCs for the other double-deck orders. It may be worth mentioning the 5 Enviro 200-MMCs EN34-38 that entered service at London Enfield garage for route 377 around the end of June. These might technically have been last year's orders. |
