RE: High Peak
Think the Darts could do with being repainted but the Scania Solar's are fully route branded for 199 Skylink Buxton-Manchester Airport service so I doubt these will be repainted anytime soon especially considering how recently the branding on them as been slightly altered to take in the new owner |

All the solars look a state, in the final months of trent barton operation when panels were changed vinyls weren't replaced and this seems to have continued during High Peak ownership. They're in real need of some TLC |

RE: High Peak
Seems High Peak have gone on a bit of a vinyl spree! The buses that were in trent barton livery, two darts, two solars and one excel now have white High Peak names on the front and above the door/drivers window as do the green centros that were with Bowers prior to the merger. Meanwhile, on Skyline 199, whilst the tagline was "the really good connection to" (a trent barton phrase), this is now "the High Peak connection to". |

One of the TransPeak double deckers involved in a bad accident this afternoon, having its roof ripped out on George's Road in Heaton Norris, near Stockport. 10 passengers on board, 6 of which taken to hospital with one man suffered deep cut to the head. Bus driver unhurt. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-man...r-23478679 http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/n...ed-5374083 |

RE: High Peak
That bridge looks like it has a height limit of 12ft 9 inch , no double decker would get under that bridge be it low bridge or high bridge versions . |

RE: High Peak
Is this a regular part of the route and they have sent a decker out by mistake, or is it that the driver took a wrong turn. |
