Michael Morton is the managing director of Arriva Buses Wales he's not in charge of what the vinyls look like or how they're spelt he's there to manage his fleet of vehicles operating across Wales.

No not really. Things like livery are controlled by UK Bus. Mr. Morton is very influential in the running of Wales-that's his job.

4209 has left Bangor and is now (temporarily I presume) at Wrexham, operating on route 1. I've also seen on facebook that 2471 is on route 1 today.
