2794 is now a driver trainer. It has been numbered 8256

2798/2799 are still out in service today according to a mate of mine, despite 2662/3/4 having already arrived at Chester to replace them.

They were following each other around on consecutive diagrams on the Mold runs the other week too. I had a report that 2798 was on the Shrewsbury to Hereford rail replacement on the Sunday just gone too.

If it was white/grey it was 8201 and if it was cream and blue then it was 8203

The allocations listed above are nominal and they do tend to be used by other depots as well

8261 J999 ABW is now converted and at Chester depot.
