From pics seen elsewhere, Bootle's 4632 & 4636 are being used on the Birkenhead/Hooton rail replacements, along with Crossriver Hybrids.....hopefully will be able to have a proper look at what's being used during this week....

Today at Hooton traffic light by Chimney Pub, I’ve stand and watch from 7am until 9.20am.
Running from Hamilton Square Station to Hooton Station.
Hybrids Crossriver 4530 and 4532
Enviro Enviro400 4570, 4572, 4629, 4630, 4635, 4636 and 4667.

Spent a bit of time near Woodside/Hamilton Square and the following were noted on the rail replacements....

4501, 4529, 4570, 4572, 4629, 4635, 4648, 4650 plus 4632, 4647 & 4667 were parked up in the bus parking area by Woodside (4667 later noted on the A41 by Port Sunlight on what I assume was a Hooton express).

Had another look at what was on the Chester line rail replacements today, some different ones noted in addition to some of the ones noted above....4563, 4564, 4622, 4630, 4636, 4664 & 4685.

Stagecoach are featuring on the Hooton line rail replacements for the first time today (to my knowledge)...15586, 15593, 15597, 19054 plus one other 155** Scania seen, it's also over running by one day so the rail replacements will be on on Saturday. 15586 departing past Woodside http://www.flickr.com/photos/dmc1947/47382885852
