I've never known them to be brought to an inquiry from before ..but I would guess it has something to do with vehicle conditions ie improve or lose the licence |

Really sad news. It’s pretty well known across the industry that things arent so great at Halton. Falling passenger numbers, old vehicles that need replacing, very limited funds. Let’s hope they survive. |
