These are indeed others from the Metroline route 282 batch, as mentioned last weekend.

Someone's made a rookie error in producing the new CAT timetables for the website. The page breaks in the middle of services, so on the CAT9 the time at Stretton is on one sheet but the time for the same service at Stockton Heath is on a different page!

The 'all-electric' bus depot seems a step closer:

09 reg Wright Eclipse on the 47 today. One of the D&G Bus drivers seemed to know the driver and the way he reacted to seeing him on the 47 suggested he's moved there from another operator recently.

Also noticed Warrington's Own Buses have an ex-Lancashire United bus running around with the red rose still intact.

They have got a few I think. Also a couple in Ensign Blue livery.

Service changes from 7th September:
https://www.warringtonsownbuses.co.uk/ne...e-increase

There are a few interesting things going on with the Westys and there will be a couple of 16A's per hour.
A couple of small mistakes in the timetables, but hopefully they won't cause too much confusion.

RE: Warrington's Own Buses
Of particular interest from my perspective on the eastern side of town, are the return after a couple of years of some evening journeys on the 19 and the non-reinstatement of a half hourly through service to Gorse Covert on the 25, the eastern end of the route remaining hourly off-peak.

All in all, though, nice to see a decent uplift and it is to be hoped that it is sustainable in the longer term.
