Yes it does. What is meant there is Oldham (Mumps/First Depot) & Middleton (Greengate/Stagecoach Depot)

And surly also Rosso Depot in Rochdale be included I mean or are there services and depot not part of the franchising?

The rosso depot in Rochdale is not included....the services are with the exception of the 464...so you could end up with Rosso winning nothing & the only service Rochdale will be left with would be the 464

Ah right thiught Trax, Tottingtonline all the R and B routes etc would have come under franchise

Now this be one of the interesting one who ever wins the Rochdale and Bury routes will need a depot. Unless they package it up with Oldham and Middleton routes

hi guys again, when they franchise contract to bolton and wigan to go north west and diamond on 23rd September....when they new bus release from alexander dennis 50 double decker bus to wigan and bolton depot? To my guess release on july or August. any guess? wait....Go ahead order other 50 enviro400EV as well?

Following the announcement of the new contracts to run bus services in Bolton from September 2023 being awarded to Go North West, Diamond and Vision Bus are now proposing changes to services in Bolton from April 2023 with several services reduced in frequency and several other services having all commercially-run journeys withdrawn.

Changes proposed:

8 (Diamond): Monday-Saturday daytime journeys reduced to every 15 minutes
21 (Diamond): Withdraw all commercial journeys. Subsided journeys remain unchanged
36 (Diamond): Monday-Friday daytime journeys reduced to every 15 minutes
37 (Diamond): Monday-Friday daytime journeys reduced to every 15 minutes
163 (Diamond): Withdraw all commercial journeys. Subsided journeys remain unchanged
520 (Diamond): Withdraw all commercial journeys. Subsided journeys remain unchanged
524 (Diamond): Monday-Saturday daytime journeys reduced to every 15 minutes
527 (Vision Bus): Withdraw all commercial journeys. Subsided journeys (including service 525) remain unchanged
561/562 (Diamond): Withdraw all commercial journeys. Subsided journeys remain unchanged
575 (Diamond): Withdraw all commercial journeys. Arriva journeys and subsided journeys remain unchanged

So looking at 163 what plan for this is GNW taking it on early or is there going to be a gap or was the 163 not a route that was on the franchising list? So could be lost forever? or maybe it been planned to move from Bolton anyway?

I would have thought tfgm will give diamond direct tender awards to maintain the services till September when the franchise starts
