Oscar-winning actress Diane Keaton has died at the age of 79. Keaton, who was born in Los Angeles, shot to fame in the 1970s through her role as Kay Adams-Corleone in The Godfather films. She was also known for starring roles in films including Father of the Bride, First Wives Club and Annie Hall, which won her the Academy Award for Best Actress in 1978. |

Tony Caunter, who played Roy Evans in EastEnders, has died aged 88. The actor played a car dealer with a love interest for Pam St Clement's character Pat Butcher, in the British soap from 1994 to 2003. Other acting roles included Pennies From Heaven, Dr who, Blakes 7, Tumbledown, Boon, and Juliet Bravo. |
