Looks like there's two seperate registrations for the 103, and only one of them is being cancelled. I'm sure someone with better knowledge of this will be able to explain why there were two.

Thanks. One's got a typo in one of the place names and not had any variations added to it. That's the one being cancelled, so maybe it was created due to an admin error?
