Looks like there's been a change in the diversion route for services 81, 82 and 83 into Oldham town centre. Buses are being diverted due to Manchester Street being closed northbound at the roundabout. The original diversion for services 81, 81A, 82, 83 and 149 was via the Oldham Way slip road and King Street but has suffered from delays and criticism from passengers.

Noticed today that the 81, 82 and 83 are now being diverted via Oldham Council's 'alternative' route into Oldham town centre, which is via Featersthall Road South and Middleton Road. Not sure what will happen with the 149 as it's running along its evening/Sunday route today but did spot one driver on the 149 earlier this week using his initiative by running from Manchester St roundabout via the slip road down to Middleton Road and then taking a tight right turn (taking a couple of goes to make it) onto Middleton Road.

noticed yesterdasy 40365 has had a new driver partition installed. saw 40406 yesterday as did mic but didnt get a good enough look to see if anything had been done to it

The driver cab on that thing has been different since at least like August of last year, I noticed it when I was on it! :P
