The Burtonwood Services are now only on one side. The side approaching Liverpool is now a mix of Hotel and food outlets

2236 on the 14 today. Why do the X-ANC's end up on the 14? Especially with QBP scheme in operation.

Breakdowns? Even if on from first thing in a morning it could be covering a non-starter. The QBPs are no more than some gentle encouragement for allocations; there's seemingly no reprimand for ignoring specifications set out by the QBPs anyway.
