Unfortunately not according to National Rail. http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/passenger_...Fi.html#TP The 2002 Bus Blog is about Transport in the North West of England and North Wales however we do venture further afield on some occasions - why not check out our latest content on our Website

If DalesBus do not provide the Richmond - Hawes - Lancaster Summer Sunday services this year, I shall just go to Darlington/ Middlesbrough/ Saltburn for the day. I looked up fares for April 27th for example (which will not be my chosen day as I shall be in Barnstaple then) but the Advance fares of £12 each way and late trains back are excellent! |

You'll have to make do with just the 1 direct service, (06:15 1E60/1N60), at the moment. Travel is glamorous only in retrospect. |

The latest I've heard was Chester was being considered instead of Liverpool for additional/new Transpennine services, partly to increase CTR-WBQ-MAN frequencies. Travel is glamorous only in retrospect. |
