Hattons Travel (Nip On Transport)
RE: Hattons Travel (Nip On Transport)
I just assumed it could be for fuelling as otherwise, I'm not sure why the busses would need to return to depot and late drivers not just use a bus to shuttle into St Helens.

Enviros get fuelled when they finish 28/60 then back out
But also depending how many buses are in will determine if they on time or late
Usually the 17.55 121 leaves yard at 17.50
18.02 122 leves yard 17.55-18.02

If its so tight in turnaround times, how come they don't put the Enviros onto earlier finishing routes so they can be in with plenty of time to go out late?

For example, the Enviros could move onto the 297 and finish in Prescot at 17.26 and 17.28 with the Merits moving onto the 141 and Solos/MPDs moving to operate the 60 and 28 too?

Isn't that downsizing on the 297 though? Hattons could do with a couple more secondhand Darts similar to W146WGT, but maybe a bit newer.

It is but from what I've seen and when I've previously used it, that shouldn't be a problem. An MPD isn't massively unusual on there as it is.

The 2 297s only get in about 17.45
Just after 28/60
Plus depends what buses are in getting fuelled
So in 2 weeks cadets will be out as I'll be fuelling and keep enviros off road for cleaning and no rushing around

Last night for example then, I guess the 297s must have been in before the 28/60 for the Merits to both go out instead, was that just due to the Enviros being delayed getting in from town?

Prohibiting the Merits from operating the 141 is this? I've noted them on there before.
