Seems to be a day of strange allocations as 1048 is on 34/34A duty which goes onto the evening service and there's an interurban Renown on the 10A.

The successful proposal is to create a half-hourly link Saints with Daresbury, via Burtonwood and all stations in Warrington Town Centre, beginning in winter 2012.
There will be upgrades to bus stops, as well as some other stuff to do with cycling and walking.

The last time there was an evening link between Warrington and Saints, it was given number 359, and run by Fairways.
For a while, they actually operated the last bus out of Warrington Interchange, at something after midnight.

Pulsar 2 2974 has also taken up residence on the 37/38 this afternoon replacing R-ABA Dart 7561.

Pulsar 2699 on loan now at Laird Street on the 410 today. A strange one to send given the Saints branding. I have to say though, as a regular user of the St Helens network, I really do resent Pulsars being loaned out whilst we continue to run life expired Darts on our own services.

I've just seen a photo of Saints-branded Pulsar CX58 EWM (2698) on the 410 on Facebook. Another loan from this depot - obviously no serious issues, as previously suggested!

EWM is 2699 27701. There may be no shortages but I'd reiterate the point in my previous post in that, I find it massively annoying that we're regularly loaning out our newest vehicles.
