2494 has been sorted now Chris. I've not seen any of the other culprits recently to know whether they've been sorted or not yet! |

Could not remember the fllet number as had things on my mind think either 2490 or 93 how come the early cadets did not have this much trouble? |

RE: Arriva North West - St Helens Depot
I should think it's most likely 2490 which gave you a face full earlier! As for the earlier Cadets, do you mean the X reg examples? If so, just down to the differing engines in them! Having said that, it's not a problem I've noted on Cadets elsewhere at all which makes it strange that it has affected ours so suddenly. |

Think it was 2490, yeah we had 4 cadets when we had the 500 service and no smoke problems with them, you think possible age and engine wear and tear a factor too? |

RE: Arriva North West - St Helens Depot

RE: Arriva North West - St Helens Depot
@ultralow, it will quite simply be a loan to cover Laird Street being short on vehicles. All of the Pulsar mk 1s and 2s are the same with the exception of the bodywork. Laird Street do not need to gain experience of the mk 1 bodywork. I can only think that there is something very specific giving up the ghost though for the problem to have been replicated around 4 times in one depot's allocation. |

CX54 DKD im not being funny with you i know its only a loan and i know there the same as the pulsar 2s what i meen is when they do get the 07 pulsars they will haveregular use on the 410 as of the other routes! RE: Arriva North West - St Helens Depot
Another depot would not send their vehicles so that Laird Street can trial them (as a type they already have) on one of their routes. If they wanted to do that, they'd use one of their own Pulsars. As I said, it's a straightforward loan, the purpose of which will be to cover vehicle shortages at Laird Street. |
