I don't think there are any suitable daytime routes for solos at Jackson Street, yes all routes have their quiet runs but they also have their peaks which can be quite uncomfortable on a Solo.

i agree with you st helens rider i have seen solos running around with standing loads on 35/35A

That"s interesting as 3048 was on the 34/34A duty which works onto the 156/602 (the duty which starts with the 1811 156 from St Helens).

it did make it in time for the 156 as fello fourm member R411 had it as his bus home from work, must be arriva using common sense for once

You'll likely find it's just a pre-set destination on the blind list to be used when running short journey's for whatever reason. I would assume the driver has just put it on in error.
