1520 Greenbank High-Kew Road 716

The Wednesday only journeys are because Christ the King have an early finish on Wednesday. I think all these runs used to be run by Cumfy. The former depot manager at Chorley was originally from Southport and may have known they were worth doing in spite of the dead mileage.

Does make you wonder whether Stagecoach see some benefit in bidding for this sort of work now after a long time leaving to Arriva to do .

Seen 34602 working on 20 lates the other night. Couldn't remember at the time whether it was the one that's been here for a while or not (after checking photo records, 34604 is the SF04-plated Dart that's been around for a while).

Three of the former Chester ones have gone back to Scotland (Fife) recently, the above mentioned 34604 plus 34598/603. Most of not all of the SF04 plate examples has been replaced at Chester by some of the former Gillmoss 348** examples.

34604 wasnt at Chester all that long before moving to Gillmoss. 34596 34597 & 34601 are the only 3 SF04 darts left in service at Chester with 34600 still in the bodyshop awaiting a part after its fire earlier this year.
