I wasn't expecting you to mention deckers! Maybe next year if the 1 gets new deckers, brand one of the current ones for the 26/27, and I don't think there shouldn't be any problems with height!

It's been confirmed on the Arriva Buses Wales Facebook page that the new Enviro 200's will enter service on Monday 27th July.

If the 1 gets new deckers next year what guarantee is ther that the current deckers will stay at Wrexham?

Likely none given they're sapphire spec and then some with the upper deck seating. I'd expect them to be redeployed to convert another route to Sapphire to be honest.

Seems strange that they'd replace the Enviro400's so soon after spending so much money on their Sapphire spec. I'll personally be very surprised if we see any new deckers for the 1 in the next 2/3 years, never mind just next year.

Where has this rumour come from, if true, a big if as well they would go somewhere else possibly Winsford to upgrade the 38

Well if what ive heard is true then the deckers will be deployed else where as got told where but not 100% sure if its correct so i wouldnt like to say untill its confirmed.

New Enviro 200 2148 DK15 EHC is in service this morning. Nice to see they've got full destination screens at the rear, shame it wasn't working though!
