Yes there is a change of plan. 319429 is now to be reliveried at Northampton.

319216 is now off lease from GTR and has gone to Wolverton. It is reported as being the second unit to transfer to London Midland.

The age difference is not that great - the 319s were built in 1987-88 and the 321s in 1988-90.

350377 was on the 1536 BHM-LIV today and 350375 was on the 1636.

That is correct. London Midland are also due seven 319s (I believe the original plan was for only four 319s) so all of the 321s will be replaced

Also the 319/0 at London Midland is 319003 not 319013

It is also that they are similar to the class 320's that Scotrail operate , when built there was some differences hence the differing class designations .
