It seems when Arriva take over the 593/658 next month the Buses will be coming off the 534 Service as the dutys are showing up as 3 round trips on a 534 then dead into Wigan for the 593/658

Seems to be a waste of dead mileage. The 593/658 won't be as orignally tendered because Stagecoach have opted to run some of the journeys commercially.

Out of interest Terence how did you get your info re 593/658 only I was on my way back from Leigh yesterday evening on a 582 and as the bus I was on was passing Howe Bridge Leisure Centre a Sapphire Pulsar was heading into Leigh to operate the first 593 at 18:48 unfortunatly I didnt get the fleetnumber so dont know which one it was

MPD was involved in an RTA this evening, The Hybrid Gemini involved in the incident on the 5th was in fact MX62 KTC
